Event :Description The SYSCO180 Dispute Resolution & Conflict Management Council organized a Free Legal Aid Camp targeting parents of students at a play school in Vasai. The event featured a session led by a legal expert who provided insights into managing household and civil disputes through mediation and arbitration. Parents were introduced to the SYSCO180 platform’s tools for respectful and efficient dispute resolution. The camp included an interactive Q&A session, case study discussions, and distribution of informational booklets on using the SYSCO180 platform. The legal expert also offered personalized guidance to address specific concerns raised by attendees.
Goal: To educate parents on mediation and arbitration techniques, raise awareness about resolving household and civil disputes, and encourage the use of the SYSCO180 platform for respectful conflict resolution.
Goal Achieved: The camp successfully engaged over 20 parents, with 100% of attendees reporting enhanced understanding of mediation, arbitration, and the SYSCO180 platform, according to post-event feedback. The Q&A session addressed 12+ individual queries. The initiative strengthened community awareness of non-confrontational dispute resolution methods, aligning with the council’s mission to promote accessible and respectful conflict management solutions.
